Burn Ban is in effect when the North Dakota Rangeland Fire Danger Rating is in the High, Very High, Extreme and/or a Red Flag warning has been issued.

Burning will be allowed with a low & moderate fire danger rating WITH APPROVAL of the local Fire response who has jurisdiction over the designated area in Burke County.
